Germantown Historic Commission is bringing the history of Germantown and the Germantown Cemetery to life this summer. Seeking eight actors. Actor pay rate is $100.00. The day of the event is Saturday, June 25, 2022 with a rain date of Sunday, June 26, 2022. Rehearsals will be scheduled by the Historic Commission.

Actors will portray historical figures that are buried in Germantown Cemetery at various locations in the cemetery. They will develop 8-10 minute monologues from historical facts provided by the Germantown Historical Commission. Auditions will be accepted via video submissions. Submissions are due by April 30.  Please choose a character from the attached document and perform a two -three minute discussion about that character’s life in the first person.
