- Hourly rental rate fees as contracted (see leasing rates below). Facility rental includes access to eight, six-foot tables and up to 75 folding chairs.
- Minimum of $50.00 Setup, Tear Down, and Clean Up fee.
Additional fees may apply depending on complexity of event.
- Rehearsal hall/patio area rate: $25/hour, with a minimum of 4-hour increments. A full day in the rehearsal hall is $175.
- Stage and house rate: $50/hour, with a minimum of 4-hour increments. A full day in the stage and house would be $250. Please inquire for multiple day rental discounts.
- Entire theatre including grounds rate: $60/hour, with a minimum of 4-hours increments. A full day for the entire theatre including grounds is $300. Please inquire for multiple day rental discounts.
- Technical assistance with lighting and sound may be provided at a rate of approximately $25/hour.
- Refunds, less deposit, are allowed with written cancellation request received 24 hours prior to date of event.
- Discounts may be negotiated for multiple-day rentals.
- Terms: 100% payment prior to facility use is preferred. However, we will allow for 50% deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance being paid the first day of facility use.
